Information about the use of cookies and tracking technologies on the El Fondo platform

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and comparable technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) we use on El Fondo, why we use them, and how you control them.

Controller: Fintum Market Intelligence GmbH, Abt-Plazidus Straße 24, 97359 Schwarzach am Main, Germany. See our Imprint and Privacy Policy.

Legal basis. Storing information on your device, or accessing information already stored there, requires your consent under § 25 (1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested (§ 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG). Where we rely on your consent, the corresponding processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

2. Your Choices

When you first visit El Fondo, a banner lets you:

  • Accept all - allow strictly necessary, analytics and marketing technologies
  • Reject - allow strictly necessary technologies only
  • Manage preferences - choose per category

Rejecting is as easy as accepting: both are available on the first layer of the banner, with a single click, and no category other than "strictly necessary" is pre-selected.

Changing your mind. Click "Cookie Preferences" in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately.

Until you make a choice, nothing other than strictly necessary technologies is activated.

If you consent to analytics or marketing, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. The USA does not have an adequacy decision of general application. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, and additionally on the Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.
