4. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

5. Regulatory Status

El Fondo provides information, education and simulation tools. It is not a financial institution, broker-dealer, custodian or investment adviser.

• We hold no authorisation under the German Banking Act (KWG) or the German Securities Institutions Act (WpIG), and we are not supervised by BaFin.
• We are not supervised by the SMV (Peru), CVM (Brazil), CMF (Chile), CNBV (Mexico) or SFC (Colombia).
• Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
• Portfolio metrics, rankings and performance figures may be simulated, delayed or estimated and do not represent real-money trading.

6. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party logos, trademarks and service marks displayed on El Fondo - including those of publicly traded companies, asset managers and financial institutions - are the property of their respective owners.

Their use is strictly nominative: it serves to identify the entities and assets associated with public data and regulatory filings. It does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by or sponsorship by the respective trademark owners.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, design and original editorial content of El Fondo are protected by copyright. Users receive a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Liability for Links

Our service contains links to external websites over whose content we have no control. Responsibility for the content of linked pages always lies with their respective provider or operator.
