How to delete your account

The fastest way is inside the app: open Profile, then Settings, then "Delete account", and confirm. Your account and your data are deleted right away.

If you no longer have the app, send us the request with the form below or by email to [email protected]. Use the email address of your El Fondo account so we can find it. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

We delete your profile (name, email, date of birth, gender), your portfolio positions, your watchlist, your course progress, your posts, comments and reactions, your direct messages, and the photos you uploaded. Sign-in with Google or Apple is disconnected.

What stays

Copies in our server backups are overwritten within 30 days. Reports you filed, or that were filed about your content, stay in a form that no longer names you, so we can follow up on abuse. Your country and your usage statistics stay only without any identifier, which cannot be traced back to you.
