The financing backs flexible office operator The Executive Centre across Asia and the Middle East.
Apollo announced on 15 September 2026 that Apollo-managed funds, affiliates, and other long-term investors provided a $585 million financing facility to The Executive Centre. The borrower operates premium flexible office spaces across the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East.
The Executive Centre will use the proceeds primarily to refinance existing debt and support further expansion to meet regional demand. The firm has operated for more than 30 years and holds a portfolio of over 260 centres across 38 cities in 15 markets.
Celia Yan, Partner and Co-Head of APAC Credit & Hybrid at Apollo, noted that the tailored hybrid solution supports the company's business needs and long-term strategic objectives. The transaction expands Apollo's Asian hybrid capital portfolio, which includes deals with JSW Cement, Global Schools Group, Hero FinCorp, HMI/PanAsia Health, Molycop, and Charles Monat Associates.
As of 30 June 2026, alternative asset manager Apollo managed approximately $1.05 trillion in assets under management. A&O Shearman served as legal counsel to Apollo, while Clifford Chance and Rippledot Capital advised The Executive Centre.
