The telecom provider waives the $228 annual membership fee for over 100 million eligible wireless and fiber users.
AT&T announced an exclusive partnership with LifeMD on 15 September 2026 to provide complimentary virtual care and pharmacy memberships to more than 100 million eligible wireless and fiber customers. The offer waives the standard $19 monthly membership fee, delivering an annual value of $228 per user through the carrier's &More program.
The rollout begins with 29 million customers across 11 states: Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico, Iowa, Texas, New York, California, and Michigan. AT&T plans to expand the offering nationwide to additional markets in January 2027. Customers must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
While the recurring membership fee is waived, members pay directly for the care they receive. Pricing starts at $29 for message-based consultations, $49 for urgent and primary care video visits with state-licensed providers, and $79 for specialty care. Patients can pay through insurance, Medicare, or discounted cash rates, with prescriptions filled via LifeMD's mail-order pharmacy or local pharmacies.
