The new B2B platform connects large corporate clients directly to its management system.
Suzano Papel, a business unit of Cia. Suzano de Papel e Celulose, launched its first web sales with an investment of BRL 1 million on 11 September 2026. The new e-commerce extranet offers real-time order access to ten major corporate clients.
This initial group of clients accounts for roughly 20% of the company's revenue. Superintendent Sergio Alves said the business expects online orders to reach 60% of total sales next year as its client base expands past 50.
The extranet integrates directly with the company's SAP R/3 management system. When a client enters a purchase order, the system checks inventory, verifies credit, and triggers dispatch without manual interference. Shipments take place within three days of the order.
The platform lets buyers check past invoices, active order portfolios, manufacturing stages, and delivery status. Alves added that the initiative prepares Suzano Papel for future retail sales across major web portals, including retail products such as the Report paper line.
