Slovenia approves FSD Supervised as Cybercab faces regulatory scrutiny.
Tesla shares are attempting to recover as the market balances traditional electric vehicle performance against its autonomous driving projects. On 8 September, reports highlighted that the stock bounced from its 200-day exponential moving average after filling a price gap, and it is now testing a previous support level.
The company received regulatory approval in Slovenia for FSD Supervised. Slovenia is the sixth European Union member country to clear the technology ahead of a wider European vote.
However, Tesla is also facing fresh regulatory scrutiny regarding its Cybercab rollout. This creates mixed sentiment around the company's valuation narrative, which increasingly relies on autonomous driving, Full Self-Driving, and robotaxis.
