It operates through three segments: Content Production Business; Online Streaming and Online Gaming Business; and Other Businesses. The company is involved in radio television programme production, and distribution of film and television dramas; audiovisual program service; commercial internet cultural activities; and value-added telecommunication services. It also manufactures, sells, and trades accessories for photographic, electrical, and multimedia products; develops a mobile games business; and provides data processing, Internet community, technology development, promotion, and transfer consulting and services. The company was formerly known as HengTen Networks Group Limited and changed its name to China Ruyi Holdings Limited in January 2022. China Ruyi Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
