Its business activities are structured into distinct segments: Telecommunication Network Services, Green Energy & Power Solutions, Trading, M&E Engineering Services, and Investment Holding. The company's telecommunications division offers an extensive range of services, including network planning, design, optimization, deployment, ongoing operations and maintenance, infrastructure and energy management, along with various other specialized services. Its Trading segment is dedicated to the sale of telecommunication hardware and components such as antennas, feeder cables, and connectors. Under Green Energy & Power Solutions, OCK Group constructs and invests in solar farms, and undertakes the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of power generation equipment for commercial, retail, and industrial facilities. These activities are supported by its M&E Engineering Services. Furthermore, OCK Group provides a suite of additional services, such as leasing tower facilities, utilities, and communication networks to mobile and broadband operators. It also offers information technology services, advisory for consulting and deployment, market research and management, equipment rental, and the leasing of telecommunication and base transceiver station towers, in addition to real estate and business management consulting. Established in 2000, OCK Group Berhad is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
