The company's activities are organized into three principal divisions: Advertising Media Business, Cleaning and Related Services, and Waste Treatment Business. The Advertising Media segment offers comprehensive media solutions, including strategic planning, campaign management, product promotion, brand development, and event execution, in addition to the creation and operation of advertising platforms. The Cleaning and Related Services division delivers sanitation and maintenance services for a variety of premises, such as commercial offices, public facilities, and residential properties. The Waste Treatment Business specializes in the processing of organic waste and markets the resulting by-products. Beyond these core areas, the company also allocates capital to television series and cinematic productions, and participates in supply chain operations. Established in 1975, the firm was initially known as Lo's Enviro-Pro Holdings Limited before adopting its current name, Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited, in May 2011. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
