The company was formerly known as China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial Group Limited and changed its name to Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited in July 2022. Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
