Its operations are organized into three principal divisions: Property Development, Hotel Operations, and Other Ventures. The Property Development division is responsible for the construction and sale of both residential and commercial properties within Zhongshan. Additionally, this segment provides real estate agency services and manages recreational clubhouses. Within the Hotel Operations division, the company oversees the La Palazzo Hotel, a five-star establishment located in Maoming. The Other Ventures segment's main activity involves the trading of hygiene products. Beyond these, the group also extends money lending services. Established in 1988, the company was initially known as Ceneric (Holdings) Limited before officially changing its name to TFG International Group Limited in February 2018. Its corporate head office is situated in Kowloon City, Hong Kong.
