Beyond lifting solutions, the company also provides refrigerant recyclers, wheel balancing and alignment machinery, tire and automatic transmission fluid (ATF) changers, and advanced diagnostic tools. While serving the domestic market, Panstar Enterprise also exports its offerings to several international regions, such as Europe, America, Australia, and the Middle East. The firm has diversified operations that extend to managing cruise services, branded notably as Panstar Dream, Busan Onenight Cruise, Costa Cruise, and Osaka Cruise. Additionally, it offers installation services for environmental maritime technologies, specifically ballast water treatment systems and SOx scrubbers. Founded in 1991, the company was formerly known as Heshbon Co., Ltd. before officially rebranding as Panstar Enterprise Co.,Ltd. in January 2016.
