Its operations are diversified across nine key segments: Broking; Trading and Investment; Margin Financing and Money Lending; Corporate Advisory and Underwriting; Asset and Wealth Management; Property Investment; Media Publications and Financial Public Relation Services; Jewelry Business; and Other Business. The firm’s financial offerings include brokerage services for securities, commodities, and futures contracts, alongside proprietary trading in securities, foreign exchange, bullion, and futures. It also extends margin financing, corporate advisory, underwriting, insurance brokerage, asset management, clearing and custodian services, as well as mortgage, personal loan, and finance leasing options. Beyond finance, the company engages in property investment, share dealing activities, and provides management and nominee services. It also manages a jewelry business, encompassing trading, retail, and the operation of retail outlets in Nanjing. Furthermore, South China Financial Holdings is involved in media, publishing and distributing magazines, and offering services in media advertising, marketing, event, and video production.
