This segment also includes the management and leasing of shopping malls and factories, as well as hotel construction. Furthermore, the company manufactures and distributes dredging machinery, engages in property investment, development, and management, and provides financing services including lending and venture capital for the technology sector. Established in 2011, the company, headquartered in Yancheng, People's Republic of China, adopted its current name in January 2014, having previously operated as Xiangyu Dredging Holdings Limited.
