Operating as an investment holding company, China Environmental Technology and Bioenergy Holdings Limited is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and global distribution of a diverse range of wooden products, reaching markets across the People's Republic of China, North America, Europe, the broader Asia Pacific region, and Australasia. Its business activities are structured into three core divisions: the production and sale of wooden items, the retail of outdoor wooden merchandise, and the manufacturing and commercialization of renewable energy products. The company's extensive wooden product portfolio includes large-scale timber structures such as villas for leisure resorts, tourist attractions, and parks, alongside non-residential timber sheds like pavilions and gazebos designed for recreational or storage purposes. It also supplies raw timber logs and produces complete timber houses with their associated components. For recreational use, it offers items like play swings, sand tables, and outdoor rocking chairs for children, suitable for public parks and private gardens. Its furniture selection spans outdoor tables and chairs, as well as indoor items such as beds and cabinets. Furthermore, the company provides landscaping products including flower carts, railings, and litter bins for gardens and scenic spots, in addition to pet-home products like birdhouses, dog kennels, rabbit hutches, and hamster cages. Beyond manufacturing, the firm actively participates in timber trading and contributes to environmental efforts by recycling and producing biomass pellet fuels. It also maintains a direct retail channel for its outdoor wooden products through company-operated stores. Established in 1995, the company is headquartered in Zhangping, China. It adopted its current name, China Environmental Technology and Bioenergy Holdings Limited, in June 2016, having previously operated as Merry Garden Holdings Limited.

A stock is a fraction of ownership in a real company. Buy one share and you own a piece (usually a tiny piece) of every desk, factory, contract and brand the company runs. The price moves because the market keeps revising what that whole pie is worth.
The price-to-earnings ratio is how much investors are paying for one dollar of a company's profit. A multiple, never an absolute. Always compared to something: a sector, a region, the company's own past.
Dividend yield is the annual income a stock or ETF pays out, expressed as a percentage of what you paid for it. It is the visible part of total return: the cash that lands in your account every quarter, and the lever most retail investors actually feel.
Market cap is shares times price. A simple formula that produces wildly unequal numbers: a single US tech name can be worth more than every company on a LATAM exchange combined.
