It is also developing GFH276, a pan-RAS inhibitor in a Phase I trial for the treatment of solid tumors; GFS202A, a bispecific antibody in a Phase I trial for the treatment of cachexia; GFH312, a receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase (RIPK) 1 inhibitor in a Phase I clinical trial for the treatment of PAD with IC and PBC; GFS784, a pan-RAS antibody drug conjugate (ADC) candidate with an IND application for the treatment of solid tumors; and GFH946, an oral PROTAC product candidate with an IND application for the treatment of type 2 inflammation. In addition, the company offers technical services. It has collaboration agreements with Merck Healthcare KGaA for trials of combinational regimens, including cetuximab; Verastem, Inc. to develop and commercialize GFH375; and SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc. to develop, manufacture, and commercialize GFH009.
