In addition, it offers smart space solutions, including smart community, city and construction sites; enterprise services consisting of electromechanical engineering and enterprise outsourcing services; supply chain services comprising supplier settlement and intensive procurement; and IT, public facility management, and industrial investment services. The company was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. Onewo Inc. is a subsidiary of China Vanke Co., Ltd.
