The company operates in two segments, transaction platform business and self-operated financing business. The Transaction Platform Business segment provides auto loans to consumers through its auto finance partners; guarantee, loan facilitation, and after-market services, as well as software-as-a-service solutions; and advertising and other services for automakers, auto dealers, auto finance partners, and insurance companies. The Self-Operated Financing Business segment offers consumers auto finance solutions through financing leases. This segment also provides self-operated services, including operating leasing services, automobile sales services, and others. It is involved in information technology and technology development activities; recycling and utilization of renewable resources; and provision of commercial factoring, transaction, leasing, and subscription services. Yixin Group Limited was formerly known as Yixin Capital Limited. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
