It also manages commercial properties, children's amusement facilities, and operates businesses for ice cream sales, video rentals, snack distribution, and cellular phone services. Furthermore, this segment oversees sports and leisure amenities like tennis schools, golf courses, driving ranges, and equestrian clubs, alongside entertainment venues such as karaoke establishments and bowling alleys. Its real estate ventures include the leasing of office buildings, providing management for rental offices, selling land for housing, and constructing residential properties. The Consumer Goods & Services division provides a range of products, including ballroom dancing outfits, specialized inks for office and industrial use, general clothing, horse gear and other equestrian supplies, and stamps with related merchandise and services. Moreover, it functions as an insurance broker, offers logistics solutions, and sells home furnishings such as beds, bedding, and furniture via its online platform.
