The group delivers a wide array of healthcare offerings, including cross-border healthcare, managed care programs, medical diagnostics, comprehensive health screenings, and specialized ophthalmology services. It also functions as a third-party administrator for medical networks. Complementary services encompass general medical and dental consultations, medical tourism, and property investment. Furthermore, Town Health expands its scope to beauty and cosmetic medicine, laboratory testing, hospital management, vision care, and business and corporate advisory. Non-core operations include trading listed securities, property leasing, and the distribution of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals. By the end of 2021, the company commanded a substantial network of 454 healthcare service points. This extensive infrastructure featured 259 general practice clinics, 75 specialist centers, 23 dental clinics, and 97 auxiliary service facilities. Founded in 1989, the company initially operated as Town Health International Investments Limited before rebranding to Town Health International Medical Group Limited in March 2014. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Shatin, Hong Kong.
