Its significant therapeutic contributions include Aricept, prescribed for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies; Methycobal, targeting peripheral neuropathy; and Fycompa, an antiepileptic medication used as an adjunctive treatment for partial-onset and primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures.
