Renascience Inc., established in 2000 and based in Tokyo, Japan, is actively engaged in pioneering and bringing to market pharmaceuticals and medical devices throughout Japan. The company's pipeline includes RS5614, a PAI-1 inhibitor that has reached Phase 3 clinical trials for a wide range of indications such as chronic myeloid leukemia, malignant melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, novel coronavirus infections, and FGF23-related hypophosphatemic rickets.
