It also engages in the fire protection system, mechanical, and electrical contracting; fabrication and building contract works; provision of heavy equipment for construction industry; engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of renewable energy projects; development, investment, management, operation, and maintenance of solar energy systems; operation of clubhouse, canteens, convenient stores, and laundromats; and provision of sports and recreational activities.
