The company was formerly known as Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Hainan Airlines Holding Co.,Ltd. in May 2017. Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Haikou, the People’s Republic of China.
