Its business is structured into three main divisions. The Corporate Finance segment caters to businesses, government bodies, and financial institutions by offering services such as loans and credit, trade finance, deposit accounts, agency services, wealth management, financial advisory, and transaction-related support like remittances and guarantees. For individual customers, the Personal Financial Business segment provides personal loans, savings accounts, wealth management solutions, money transfer facilities, and bank card services. Lastly, the Treasury Business segment actively participates in the interbank market, conducting interbank lending and repurchase transactions, investing in and trading debt instruments, and managing trust and bespoke asset investments. The bank maintains a network of 179 branches. Founded in 1997 as Xi'an City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., the institution rebranded to Bank of Xi'an Co.,Ltd. in January 2010 and is headquartered in Xi'an, China.
