The Equipment Manufacturing segment is involved in the research, development, and manufacture of customized metallurgical and processing equipment, environmental protection equipment, mechanical and electronic equipment, industrial automation systems, and mine safety monitoring and emergency response intelligence systems for use in mining, ore dressing, smelting, and metal material processing areas. It engages in technical development and design consultancy activities. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China.
