The company's diverse services span transportation, delivery, and extensive distribution center and warehouse storage, along with logistics processing and industrial waste management. It further offers Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, which include managing in-house document logistics and mailroom operations, securely sorting and dispatching forms containing personal information, and providing secure storage and recycling for confidential documents. Additionally, Higashi Twenty One facilitates office relocation projects. Its broad portfolio also extends to providing on-site logistics support within buildings, operating retail outlets under the "Hills 21" brand, delivering PC kitting and IT-related services, and engaging in the rental and sale of welfare equipment such as beds and wheelchairs, as well as the distribution of hygiene products, including adult disposable diapers. The company's operations also encompass temporary staffing and parking lot management. Established in 1944, the firm was formerly known as Eastern Transportation Service Co., Ltd., adopting its current name, Higashi Twenty One Co., Ltd., in February 2002.
