The company's diverse operations include leasing commercial, logistical, and office properties, as well as acquiring, preparing, and divesting land plots for development. The Warsaw, Poland-based firm was previously known as TUP Spólka Akcyjna, officially changing its name to Alta S.A. in September 2013. Alta S.A. functions as a subsidiary of Hlamata Holdings Limited.
