In addition, the company develops pharmaceutical products; oral, topical, and edible pharmaceutical cannabinoid products, including a cannabidiol TPM soft-gel capsule in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of insomnia; and non-antibiotic feed additive products to enhance feed efficiency and the health of livestock animals. The company was formerly known as Phosphagenics Limited and changed its name to Avecho Biotechnology Limited in May 2019. Avecho Biotechnology Limited was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Clayton, Australia.
