BioInvent International AB (publ) is a clinical-stage Swedish company dedicated to discovering, researching, and developing immunomodulatory antibodies for global cancer treatment, with reach across Sweden, Europe, the United States, and Japan. Its most advanced therapeutic candidate, BI-1206, targets non-Hodgkin lymphoma and various solid tumors. The company's diverse pipeline also features developments aimed at tumor-associated myeloid cells and cancer-associated regulatory T cells, which play a role in modulating the immune system, alongside BT-001 for solid tumors. Furthermore, BioInvent is progressing BI-1808 and BI-1910, a pair of anti-TNFR2 antibodies, designed to combat solid tumors and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
