The company, which operated as HIL Limited until its rebranding in March 2025, organizes its business into several distinct segments. Its Roofing Solutions division provides various offerings, such as fiber cement sheets, colored steel sheets, non-asbestos corrugated sheets, and essential construction chemicals like ready-mix plasters, primers, block joining mortars, and tile adhesives, all available under the Charminar and Charminar Fortune labels. The Building Solutions segment focuses on comprehensive wet and dry walling systems, which include autoclaved fly ash blocks, specialized bonding agents like smart fix and smart bond, and a range of panels and boards, all primarily offered through the Birla Aerocon brand. In the Polymer Solutions segment, BirlaNu manufactures UPVC, CPVC, column pipes, foamcore, pressure and underground drainage pipes, fittings, and water tanks under the Birla HIL Pipes brand, in addition to producing wall putty via the Birla HIL Putty brand. The Flooring Solutions segment offers diverse products such as laminate, engineered, and resilient flooring, as well as skirtings and wall panels, mainly distributed under the Parador brand. Finally, an "Others" segment encompasses the generation of electricity through wind power and the production of material handling and processing plant and equipment, diversifying the company's operations.
