The company also provides BreathLogix alcohol breathalyzer, an autonomous alcohol screening system that enables screening of employees, contractors, and visitors in mining, construction, and oil and gas industries; and BreathLogix Connect (BLC), a cloud platform that is designed for streamlining data. It has a strategic partnership and development agreement with Omega Laboratories Inc. for the development and commercialization of the MBT technology. The company was formerly known as West Point Resources Inc. and changed its name to Cannabix Technologies Inc. in August 2014. Cannabix Technologies Inc. was incorporated in 2011 and is based in Burnaby, Canada.
