Furthermore, the company holds an exclusive option to obtain full ownership (100%) of the Lac Édouard nickel-copper project, a venture comprising 25 individual claims totaling 1,374.5 hectares and positioned northeast of La Tuque, Quebec. Known previously as Komet Resources Inc., the company officially adopted its current name in October 2020. Its corporate headquarters are located in Montreal, Canada.
