Operating from Singapore, Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust) is a real estate investment trust dedicated to the long-term acquisition and management of income-generating retail and retail-adjacent properties across Indonesia. As of July 31, 2020, its extensive portfolio encompassed 21 major retail centres and seven individual retail units embedded within other mall complexes. These assets, collectively boasting a net lettable area of 839,907 square metres and valued at Rp15,716.1 billion, are strategically situated in prominent Indonesian cities to cater to the significant middle-income consumer base. The Trust's properties host a broad spectrum of well-known tenants, including leading domestic and international retailers such as Matahari Department Store, Zara, M&S, H&M, Sogo, Giant, Hypermart, Carrefour, Ace Hardware, Victoria's Secret, Promod, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, A&W, Fitness First, and Starbucks.
