Mumbai-based Future Enterprises Limited, established in 1987, operates across India through its Manufacturing and Trading, Leasing and Others, and Logistics segments. The company specializes in the production and trade of readymade garments. Its extensive logistics division provides express, cold chain, e-commerce logistics, and warehousing solutions, serving a wide array of industries including food and beverages, lifestyle, consumer electronics, high-tech, automotive, engineering, home and furniture, healthcare, general merchandise, and online retail. Future Enterprises also develops, owns, and leases retail infrastructure. Furthermore, the firm engages in the wholesale distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and a broad spectrum of trading activities involving various goods and services, including import and export. It also manages the e-retailing platform www.futurebazaar.com and offers services for operating and maintaining IT-enabled platforms, alongside logistics and delivery support for general retailers. The company adopted its current name, Future Enterprises Limited, in May 2016, having previously been known as Future Retail Limited.
