Gimv N.V.

Gimv N.V. operates as an investment company, specializing in both direct private equity and venture capital placements, alongside committing capital to other funds. Its direct investment approach spans a comprehensive range of stages and financing structures. This includes supporting startups from seed, early, and mid-stages through to late venture and emerging growth, as well as engaging in pre-revenue, middle-market, and mature company investments. The firm facilitates buyouts, growth capital, public-to-private transactions, recapitalizations, and provides debt, shareholder loans, replacement capital, and bridge financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
