Its property development division focuses on creating commercial mixed-use properties, encompassing IT/ITeS parks, corporate offices, retail spaces, hotels, and serviced apartments. The company adopted its current name, GOCL Corporation Limited, in October 2015, having previously been known as GULF OIL Corporation Limited.
