The Dosimetry segment offers instruments and expertise aimed at improving the precision and reducing errors in radiation therapy, medical imaging quality assurance, and calibration. IBA maintains a crucial research and development alliance with the Belgian nuclear research center, SCK CEN, to facilitate the development of Actinium-225 (225Ac), an innovative radioisotope with potential in cancer therapy, and collaborates with the University of Pennsylvania on pioneering research into ConformalFLASH technology. Established in 1986, the company's headquarters are located in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
