The Infrastructure Facilities segment provides comprehensive port services, encompassing berthing, cargo handling, and logistics support, as well as the development and sale of industrial estates complete with integrated amenities like hotels and sports facilities. This segment also manages utility provisions, including electricity generation and supply, power plant maintenance, clean and demineralized water provision, and industrial waste management. Through its Engineering and Construction division, the company performs industrial engineering, planning, and contracting for diverse construction projects, facilitates import and export operations, and supplies associated software and services. An "Other Services" segment is dedicated to information technology offerings. Beyond these core areas, PT Krakatau Steel is also involved in producing deformed and plain bars, steel trading, coal and mining ventures, and supplying electricity. Its extended service portfolio includes consulting, machinery upkeep, fabrication, and construction, as well as transportation, freight, warehousing, vehicle and equipment rentals, and medical services.
