The company manages a comprehensive network of laboratories dedicated to conducting pathological investigations across various specialized fields. These include biochemistry, hematology, histopathology, microbiology, electrophoresis, immunochemistry, immunology, virology, cytology, in addition to other general pathological and radiological studies. Beyond its core testing operations, Dr. Lal PathLabs also offers laboratory staff training, technical support, and full-scale lab management services. As of March 31, 2022, its widespread infrastructure included 277 clinical laboratories, notably a National Reference Lab located in Delhi and a Regional Reference Lab in Kolkata. This is further bolstered by 4,731 patient service centers and 10,599 sample collection points. Founded in 1949, Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited maintains its corporate base in Gurugram, India.
