The company's holdings include outright ownership of the Incahuasi lithium project, encompassing approximately 13,372 hectares of granted mineral rights situated in Argentina's Catamarca Province. Furthermore, it possesses an exclusive option to acquire full interest in several other ventures located in Salta, Argentina. These comprise the Antofalla lithium project, the Pocitos project (covering 26,000 hectares), and the Rincon West project, which spans 2,370 hectares. Established in 2000, the company initially operated under the name Iron South Mining Corp. before officially changing to Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp. in September 2016. Its corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Canada.
