Manning Ventures Inc. is engaged in the identification and development of mineral properties throughout Canada. The company concentrates its exploration efforts on a diverse range of commodities, including precious metals such as gold and silver, base metals like lead, zinc, and copper, as well as critical minerals including iron ore, cobalt, uranium, and rare earths. Its portfolio encompasses several key projects. In northwestern Ontario, Manning Ventures maintains interests in the Flint Lake gold project, represented by four unpatented claims covering approximately 1,712 hectares near Kenora. The company also holds stakes in the Lac Simone property, which consists of 63 mineral claims spanning about 3,287.4 hectares, and the Hope Lake property, comprising 68 claims across roughly 3,584.1 hectares. Furthermore, Manning Ventures holds an option to secure full ownership of the Broken Lake, Heart Lake, and Hydro properties in Quebec, an extensive area covering 9,501 hectares across 180 mineral claims. Separately, the Bounty lithium project, encompassing 144 mineral claims over 7,544 hectares, is also part of its holdings. Additional Canadian assets include interests in Newfoundland, specifically the Butterfly Pond property (425 hectares), the Mount Hogan property (250 hectares), the Red Indian Lake property (9,300 hectares), and the Little Sheep Brook property (700 hectares).
