Beyond its retail arm, the company offers comprehensive IT services and solutions, complemented by specialized consulting and building management services. Its service offerings further encompass filing management and the professional management of various properties, including shopping centers, office buildings, and apartments situated in prime Indonesian locations. Additionally, Multipolar develops and operates a web-based e-procurement platform designed for the business-to-business (B2B) sector, and provides telecommunication and air transportation services. Its wide-ranging activities also span import, export, inter-island trade, local and retail commerce, real estate development, property management, and the leasing of commercial spaces within its properties.
