The company was formerly known as Morganite Crucible (India) Limited and changed its name to Foseco Crucible (India) Limited in February 2026. The company was founded in 1856 and is based in Aurangabad, India. As of November 12, 2025, Foseco Crucible (India) Limited operates as a subsidiary of Foseco India Limited.
