As of December 31, 2019, Profarma's infrastructure boasted eleven strategically located distribution centers across several Brazilian states (Alagoas, Bahia, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Paraíba, Paraná, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo). Its retail footprint comprised approximately 196 stores operating under the Drogarias Tamoio, Drogasmil, Farmalife, and Rede Rosário banners, situated in the states of Rio de Janeiro, Goiás, Tocantins, Mato Grosso, and Distrito Federal.
