Riversgold Limited (RGL.AX) is an Australian enterprise dedicated to the exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The company's diverse portfolio includes a significant presence in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields through its Kurnalpi project, which comprises numerous exploration licenses and an application. In South Australia, Riversgold holds an interest in the Churchill Dam iron-oxide copper-gold project, located within the Gawler Craton. Furthermore, the company is involved in several lithium prospects in Western Australia's Pilbara region, notably the 108-square-kilometer Tambourah Project situated south of Port Hedland, along with the Wodgina East Project and the Upper Five Mile Creek Project, which lies southeast of Nullagine. Founded in 2017, the Subiaco, Australia-headquartered company adopted the name Riversgold Limited in June 2017, having previously operated as Alcam Gold Pty Ltd.
