RattanIndia Power Limited is an Indian enterprise primarily engaged in the power sector, encompassing the generation, distribution, trading, and transmission of electricity, along with various associated activities across the country. The company is currently spearheading the development of two substantial coal-fired thermal power facilities, projected to have an aggregate capacity of 5,400 MW. These include a 2,700 MW plant situated in Nandgaonpeth, Amravati district, and another 2,700 MW plant located in Sinnar, Nasik district, both within the state of Maharashtra. Founded in 2007, the firm operated under the name Indiabulls Power Limited until it officially rebranded to RattanIndia Power Limited in October 2014. Its corporate headquarters are located in New Delhi, India.
