Standard Industries Limited, an Indian company founded in 1892 and based in Mumbai, primarily engages in the trading of textiles and chemical products across India. Its extensive textile offerings include cotton towels, bed sheets, interlining fabrics, various cotton and blended dhotis, and suiting materials such as cotton/polyester blends and poly viscose. The company also provides cotton, polyester-cotton poplin, and shirting fabrics, alongside ready-to-stitch polyester blended and Punjabi suit sets. In addition to its primary operations, the firm has interests in real estate and manufactures common salt. The company changed its name from Standard Mills Company Limited to Standard Industries Limited in October 1989.
