The firm holds ownership stakes in several key projects: the Sagirlar site in Balikesir Province, the Ciftehan project located in Nigde Province, the Elmali venture within Nigde's Ulukisla District, the Konak project situated in Northeast Turkey (Giresun), and the Sason initiative in Batman Province. Beyond its core mining activities, the company also offers services in air transportation, hospitality and tourism management, and the provision of food and livestock. Established in 1985, the company maintains its corporate headquarters in Ankara, Turkey. The entity was formerly recognized as Koza Anadolu Metal Madencilik Isletmeleri A.S. and is slated to officially become TR Anadolu Metal Madencilik Isletmeleri A.S. in November 2025. It operates as a subsidiary under the umbrella of Ipek Dogal Enerji Kaynaklari Arastirma ve Uretim A.S.
